Asian markets rise on optimism about the U.S. budget talks


Asian stocks rose Monday to their highest level in a month, and this rise came after express U.S. President Barack Obama expressed confidence that an agreement will be reached on the next budget.

Shall submit Index Morgan Stanley Capital International Asia-Pacific by about 0.9%, while the Topix index rose by 1.4% Japanese. The Nikkei for a fourth day by 1.4% to 9.153.20, with growing expectations that the opposition party is the winner in next month's elections to be held in Japan.
This is due to hold a Eurozone finance ministers meeting on Tuesday in order to continue the debate about the Greek crisis and stand on the dimensions of the dispute between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Union.
